Issendorff LCN-PMIflex The LCN-PMIflex is an innovative presence and motion detector with a flexibly adjustable lens, designed for indoor use. It is used for connection to intelligent LCN modules and operates on the PIR principle (Passive Infrared) to detect movements by sensing changes in thermal radiation. The sensor is ideal for automating lighting in hallways, offices, or restrooms and can also take on alarm functions in building monitoring. It triggers the ON command once when it detects movement. For short-term detection, the OFF command is executed after four seconds, while for longer detection, the OFF command occurs eight seconds after the last movement. The LCN-PMIflex also automatically sends status messages without parameterization and allows for easy installation through its integrated ball head, which enables precise adjustment of the detection direction. Application Areas The LCN-PMIflex is excellent for switching lighting and other consumers upon detecting movement and presence. When multiple sensors are connected to one module, each motion detector must act on a different button, which can be set using the DIP switch.

The GPS sensor is operated at the I-connection of any LCN bus module from firmware version 1702 (Feb. 2013). It is housed in a weather-protected IP65 enclosure for wall mounting. The Central European Time (CET) is calculated from the UTC signal of the receiver. For use in other time zones worldwide, this setting can be changed with LCN-PRO from version 4.8.
