Issendorff LCN-PMIflex The LCN-PMIflex is an innovative presence and motion detector with a flexibly adjustable lens, designed for indoor use. It is used for connection to intelligent LCN modules and operates on the PIR principle (Passive Infrared) to detect movements by sensing changes in thermal radiation. The sensor is ideal for automating lighting in hallways, offices, or restrooms and can also take on alarm functions in building monitoring. It triggers the ON command once when it detects movement. For short-term detection, the OFF command is executed after four seconds, while for longer detection, the OFF command occurs eight seconds after the last movement. The LCN-PMIflex also automatically sends status messages without parameterization and allows for easy installation through its integrated ball head, which enables precise adjustment of the detection direction. Application Areas The LCN-PMIflex is excellent for switching lighting and other consumers upon detecting movement and presence. When multiple sensors are connected to one module, each motion detector must act on a different button, which can be set using the DIP switch.

Passive Infrared Presence/Motion Detector The LCN-PMI is a highly developed passive infrared presence and motion detector designed for indoor use. It detects movements by perceiving changes in thermal radiation from objects within its detection range and is excellent for automating lighting systems in residential and commercial spaces. Connection is made via the I connection of an LCN module. The cable can be extended by up to two LCN-IV up to 50 meters, allowing for flexible installation.
